We are always seeking highly motivated and goal-oriented individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Real Estate Agents. As a Commission-Based Real Estate Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their real estate needs, facilitating property transactions, and earning income through commission-based sales.

Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition:
  • Generate leads and actively seek out prospective clients interested in buying, selling, or renting properties
  • Develop and maintain a network of contacts, including real estate attorneys, mortgage lenders, and other professionals, to facilitate client referrals
  • Attend networking events, seminars, and community activities to promote the company and expand your client base
• Property Listing and Marketing:
  • Conduct thorough market research to determine property values and competitive prices
  • Create and manage property listings on various platforms, including online portals, social media, and print media, to maximize exposure and attract potential buyers or tenants
  • Utilize professional photography, virtual tours, and compelling property descriptions to effectively market listings
• Client Consultation and Property Showings:
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding client’s needs, preferences, and financial capabilities
  • Conduct property showings and accompany clients on tours to showcase properties and answer any questions or concerns
  • Assist clients in evaluating properties, comparing options, and making informed decisions
• Negotiation and Transaction Management:
  • Negotiate offers and counteroffers between buyers and sellers to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
  • Review purchase agreements, contracts, leases, and other necessary documents to facilitate smooth transactions
  • Coordinate with clients, attorneys, mortgage brokers, and other relevant parties to ensure all legal and financial requirements are met

Requirements:

• Proven Sales Experience: Prior experience in real estate sales, preferably working on a commission-based structure, is highly desirable
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of local real estate market trends, property values, and neighbourhood dynamics
• Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and negotiate deals
• Self-Motivation: Highly motivated, proactive, and driven to succeed in a competitive sales environment
• Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
• Integrity: Uphold high ethical standards, maintain confidentiality, and act in the best interests of clients
• Continuously work towards meeting or exceeding sales targets and commission goals

Preferences:

• Real Estate License: Prefer holders a valid real estate license issued by the appropriate regulatory body.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using CRM, real estate software, online listing platforms, and various communication tools
• Availability: Flexibility to work evenings and weekends to accommodate clients’ schedules and attend networking events
